30th Celebration is the anniversary set, and it does not arrive all at once. Sixteen products roll out across five release dates between September and December 2026, from around $14 to $240. This page tracks what each one costs on Amazon.ca, when it lands, and whether it is actually buyable today.

Every product, price, and release date

Where Amazon.ca has sold a product itself, the price below is what Amazon charged. Where it has not, the figure is the Canadian recommended price and is marked MSRP. Availability is checked daily, and the link is always the live price.

Availability checked September 30, 2026. A price marked MSRP is the Canadian recommended price, because Amazon has never sold that product itself; every other figure is what Amazon.ca charged when selling it first-party, as of September 17, 2026. Use the links for Amazon's price right now.

The first wave landed September 16 and Amazon's own prices came in above the recommended ones: $89.99 for the Elite Trainer Box against a $64.99 MSRP, $39.99 for the Pokémon ex Box against $29.99, $27.99 for the Poster and Tech Sticker Collections against $19.99 and $20.99, $16.99 for the Knock Out Collection against $13.99. Those prices have been identical on every first-party sighting, so they are the real Canadian Amazon price rather than a launch-week spike.

Everything else in the line is still resale-only on Amazon. A line reading "Resellers only" means Amazon itself has no stock and the buy box belongs to a third-party seller, who is free to charge whatever they like.

Walmart.ca

Walmart.ca sells some 30th Celebration products itself, at or close to MSRP, and lists many more from marketplace sellers at whatever price they set. Below, we list only the products Walmart was selling itself when we last checked, with the price Walmart charged. Its stock moves by the minute, so use the list to know where to look and check the page for stock.

Walmart is not selling 30th Celebration itself right now, so there is no Walmart price to show. You can still search Walmart.ca, but check who the seller is before you buy. Search Walmart.ca

The products you will not find on Amazon

One of the sixteen is a Pokémon Center exclusive: the 30th Celebration Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box, $80.99 with 11 packs against the standard box's 9. That comparison has flipped since launch: the standard box carries a $64.99 MSRP but Amazon.ca has been selling it at $89.99, so the Pokémon Center box is now the cheaper one and holds two more packs. It sells through pokemoncenter.com only. Pokémon Center exclusives do not travel through the wholesale channel that stocks Amazon, so an Amazon listing for one is a reseller, not Amazon.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. The Pokémon Center ETB is one of the most searched products in this set, and people searching for it on Amazon are being routed to resale prices without realising it. If you want that box at MSRP, the queue at Pokémon Center is the only path.

The set at a glance

30th Celebration has 191 cards if you count everything: a 128-card main set, 30 secret rares above it, three unnumbered RGB Mew cards, and the 30-card Classic Collection of reprints. Every pack carries one of the 30 Pikachu cards, each drawn by a different artist.

There are no Uncommons in the set at all, which is unusual. The Futuristic Rare is new here, and there are only two of them: Mewtwo ex at 157 and Mew ex at 158.

The ten Special Illustration Rares are Fuecoco ex, Greninja ex, two Pikachu ex, Mewtwo ex, Mew ex, Sylveon ex, Gengar ex, Jirachi ex and Salamence ex. The twelve Double Rare ex cards they are drawn from are Fuecoco, Greninja, two Pikachu, Mewtwo, Mew, Espeon, Sylveon, Gengar, Umbreon, Jirachi and Salamence.

We do not publish pull rates here. Nobody has opened enough 30th Celebration product yet for a figure we would stand behind.

Top chase cards

These are the cards collectors are chasing, ordered by rarity tier. We have left prices off on purpose: singles prices swing daily in a launch month, and a number printed on this page would be out of date by the time you read it.

The Classic Collection

The Classic Collection is a separate 30-card subset of reprints, each printed with its original card number. It is the part of the set aimed squarely at long-time collectors.

Darkrai and Cresselia LEGEND is a two-card pair, which is why it takes two of the 30 spots.

Setting up Amazon Prime Auto Buy

Amazon has a Prime feature called Auto Buy. People assume it is a restock bot. It is not, and the difference will cost you a box if you get it wrong.

Auto Buy is price-triggered, not restock-triggered. You set a target price and it places an order automatically when an eligible offer lands at or below that price. It checks on roughly a 30 minute cadence, which is the important limitation. On a product that sells out in under a minute, a 30 minute check is a lottery ticket rather than coverage.

To set it up:

  1. Open the product in the Amazon app. Setup is app-only, there is no way to do this on the desktop site.
  2. Tap Set price alert, or ask Rufus to set a price alert for you.
  3. Set your target at or slightly above normal retail, so it fires the moment a Fulfilled by Amazon offer appears rather than waiting for a discount.

The limits worth knowing: Prime members only, Fulfilled by Amazon items only, one unit per item, a default payment method and address are required, up to 200 active requests, a six month window, no coupons or promo codes, and you can cancel within 24 hours from Your Orders. It will not catch third-party or marketplace restocks at all.

What actually catches a drop

Auto Buy fills the gap when you are asleep. It does not win a contested launch. For that you want to already be logged in with payment and address saved, use Buy Now rather than the cart for single items, and know the moment stock appears.

That last part is what we do. Our monitor watches Amazon.ca along with Walmart, Costco, EB Games, Pokémon Center and around 130 Canadian card shops, and posts to Discord the second something flips from sold out to available. You can see what it recently caught, and the release calendar has the rest of the Canadian dates.

Frequently asked questions

When does 30th Celebration release in Canada?

It rolls out in waves rather than on one day. The Elite Trainer Box, Poster Collection, Tech Sticker Collection, ex Box, Knock Out Collection and 2-Pack Blister land September 16, 2026. The Booster Bundle and Day and Night Mini Tins follow October 2. The two ex Battle Decks arrive October 30. The Ultra-Premium Collection, Ditto Premium Collection and Mewtwo and Mew Figure Collection come November 6. The ex Tin and the Binder Collection close it out December 4. The Binder Collection was an October 2 product and has been delayed to December 4.

What is the MSRP of the 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box in Canada?

$64.99 CAD is the recommended price, and it holds 9 booster packs. That is not what it costs in practice: when Amazon.ca has sold it first-party since the September 16 release it has been $89.99, every time we have seen it. The Pokémon Center version is a separate product at $80.99 with 11 packs, and it is only sold through pokemoncenter.com.

How much is the 30th Celebration Booster Bundle?

$36.99 CAD for 6 packs, releasing October 2, 2026.

What is in the 30th Celebration Knock Out Collection?

2 booster packs plus promo cards, at a $13.99 CAD recommended price. Amazon.ca has been selling it first-party at $16.99. It is still the cheapest way into the set, which is also why it tends to disappear first.

Is 30th Celebration in stock on Amazon.ca yet?

The first wave released September 16, 2026, and Amazon.ca has sold five of them itself since: the Elite Trainer Box at $89.99, the Pokémon ex Box at $39.99, the Poster Collection and Tech Sticker Collection at $27.99 each, and the Knock Out Collection at $16.99. They sell out quickly and the listing then falls back to third-party resellers. The rest of the line has not been sold by Amazon itself at all yet. The table on this page is checked daily.

Why can I not find the 30th Celebration Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box on Amazon?

Because it is a Pokémon Center exclusive. Those products are sold through pokemoncenter.com and do not go through the wholesale channel that supplies Amazon, so any Amazon listing you find for one is a third-party reseller rather than Amazon itself.

How many cards are in 30th Celebration?

191 across the whole set. That is a 128-card main set, 30 secret rares numbered 129 to 158, three unnumbered RGB Mew cards, and the 30-card Classic Collection of reprints. The main set breaks down into 68 Commons, 18 Rares, 12 Double Rare ex cards and 30 Pikachu Rares, and there are no Uncommons at all.

How many Illustration Rares and Special Illustration Rares are in 30th Celebration?

18 Illustration Rares, numbered 129 to 146, and 10 Special Illustration Rares, numbered 147 to 156. Above them sit two Futuristic Rares, a rarity new to this set, at 157 (Mewtwo ex) and 158 (Mew ex).

What is the rarest card in 30th Celebration?

The two Futuristic Rares, Mewtwo ex 157/128 and Mew ex 158/128, sit at the top of the rarity ladder. The three RGB Mew cards are also unnumbered secrets outside the main count, and the Special Illustration Rare Mew ex and Pikachu ex cards are among the most chased.

What is the 30th Celebration Classic Collection?

A 30-card subset of reprints of cards from across the game's history, printed with their original numbers. It runs from the Base Set Charizard 4/102 through cards like Shining Celebi, Rayquaza-EX, Pikachu and Zekrom-GX and Arceus VSTAR. Darkrai and Cresselia LEGEND is a two-card pair, so it takes two of the 30 spots.

What is the most expensive 30th Celebration product?

The Ultra-Premium Collection at $239.99 CAD, with 29 booster packs. It releases November 6, 2026.
