Zephyr Epic has no virtual queue, which catches a lot of people out the first time they try for a hot release there. The Surrey, BC shop sells its most wanted Pokémon product by raffle, and it ships across Canada, so anyone in the country can enter.
There is no virtual queue
Pokémon Center runs drops through a queue. Zephyr runs a raffle form instead: you enter while it is open, winners are drawn at random after it closes, and each winner gets a link to buy.
Speed buys you nothing here. Every entry made before the deadline has the same chance. The only way to lose is to hear about the raffle after it closes.
How to enter
- Sign in to your Zephyr Epic account, or create one before the raffle opens.
- Tick every product you want. You only get one submission.
- Watch your email for a purchase link after the draw.
Each product has its own draw, so you can win one, several, or none.
When raffles open
Every raffle we have checked opened on a Friday and closed on the Monday, usually close to the set's release day. Pre-order raffles can open up to a week ahead.
| Raffle | Entry window | Pay by |
|---|---|---|
| 30th Celebration pre-order | Fri Sept 11, 2026, 6:00 AM PT to Mon Sept 14, 11:45 PM PT | Fri Sept 18, 12 PM PT |
| Mega Evolution pre-order | Fri Sept 19, 2025, 12:00 AM PT to Mon Sept 22, 12 PM PT | Fri Sept 26, 11:59 PM PT |
| Black Bolt and White Flare | Fri July 18, 2025, 12:00 AM PT to Mon July 21, 12 PM PT | Thu July 24, 11:59 PM PT |
| Mega Evolution Perfect Order | Opened on release day (a Friday), closed the Monday at 12 PM PT | the following Friday |
Zephyr doesn't publish a schedule, so treat this as a pattern, announced each time through its newsletter and socials.
After the draw
Winners have until the Thursday or Friday after the raffle closes to pay. Miss it and the link dies and the product goes to someone else.
A bundle raffle can show no price on its listing. That doesn't mean the raffle is off.
Hearing about a raffle in time
Our monitor checks Zephyr Epic's Pokémon listings every few minutes and posts a 🎟️ raffle ping in Discord when a new raffle listing appears, so you hear about it while the form is still open.
Pokénnoisseur posts Canadian restocks and pre-order openings to Discord as the monitor sees them. Joining is free.
